The 3nd annual Holidayfest and Craft Extravaganza will take place at the Charlotte County Fairgrounds October 6th and 7th, 2012 from 10-5 on Saturday and 10-4 on Sunday. There will be over 150 artists and crafters on hand, a kids fun area with bounces, rockwall, giant slide and more. The pumpkin patch will be in full bloom and ready for Halloween. Music will play throughout the day with DJ Harry with the "top of the hour" dance party come do the electric slide, hokey pokey and more. This event drew a crowd last year of over 10,000 people, said promoter, Jodi Kremiller. " I really love the Holidayfest as it is just a way to have families together and it is not expensive." Delicious food, entertainment and Santa will be there for kids. Adults are $6 , Seniors are $3 and kids/students $2 under 5 are FREE! ADMISSION INCLUDES 2 tickets for Raffle prizes for adults and (1) ticket for seniors and kids!! Please come for this wonderful family fun event and enjoy the day to benefit the local childrens charities in Charlotte and Sarasota Counties.

Come for a day of family fun with a 25,000 count easter egg hunt for ages 0-10 on Saturday 10:30-5pm ONE AGE GROUP PER HOUR!! OVER 1000 PRIZES!!!
The Easter Bunny will be on site for pictures, there will be a coloring contest, FREE arts and crafts, bungees, bounce houses, merry go round, carnival games, mechanical bull rides, water wars, rockwall, great food and more! Visit "Imagination Station" where the kids creativity comes to life with FREE wood crafts( courtesy of Home Depot), play with "Playdoh"and make something cool, FREE tattoos or perhaps watch "Peter Cottontail" on the tv while waiting your turn at the Egghunt. Portion of proceeds to benefit local children charities. Saturday morning starting at 10:30 am we will have a 25,000 count Easter Egg hunt for ages 1-10 years of age!
There are over 1000 prizes for the kids and the there will be a dance party every hour for the kids to sing, dance and have fun doing the hokey pokie, limbo and the electric slide and more! Carnival games will be there so you can go to the duck pond, throw some darts, win a goldfish and more. Come out for this day of family fun with food, games, prizes entertainment and more!!
